Tigers baseball remains undefeated

The Dripping Springs Tigers baseball team continues to carefully negotiate through the hazardous trails of district warfare to stay undefeated in the league. They have completed the first half of the season and must turn around and repeat to give them the district title. The Tiger pitching staff have been stingy in giving up runs and the batters have done enough to produce the needed runs.

Baseball Tigers stay undefeated

Over the years, the Dripping Springs Tigers have had some key baseball contests with the Alamo Heights Mules. This season would be no different, except the Mules are not as high in the standings. The game would pair up two good pitchers that baffled batters into the fourth inning. Cameron O'Banan would control his part of the bargain as he disposed of the first 11 batters. That 12th batter ruined his perfect game with a single.

Lacrosse records key wins prior to district showdown

Spring Break marked the midpoint of the high school lacrosse season. With only two days of practice the Dripping Springs Tigers would meet the Westwood Warriors on their turf on a rare Wednesday night game to kick off the second half of the season. The team would then travel to Houston to take on the Memorial Mustangs on Saturday. Drip won both games moving their record to 6-1. The 12-11 defeat of the Warriors dropped Westwood to 3-3. Memorial is undefeated in district, but their record dropped to 3-5 after the 15-9 shellacking from the Tigers. The wins are timed perfectly for a showdown with Vandegrift on April 1.
