The weekend in Central Texas provided perfect weather for lacrosse and the Dripping Springs Tigers remained perfect moving to 4-0. The Tigers handed Flower Mound (2-2) its second loss of the season with a 12-6 beatdown and turned around on Sunday and beat Kingwood (1-6) 14-5.

The ice storm delayed the start of the track season and cancelled a couple of meets. So the Tiger Relays got to be the opening shot at the season. SA Reagan returned to wreak havoc in the girls division, setting five of the six meet records. The Dripping Springs track teams represent all that is good about spring sports in DS. It shows how much the various coaches of their sports cooperate to allow their athletes to take part in the track season as well as their own, so that our athletes can use their total skills. You will see this in the names of tracksters being mentioned in other sports.
