In the next few months the holidays will start. During the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, one might forget the sacrifices that were made by veterans, some even with their lives. One event that honors those veterans is the “Wreaths Across America,” and it lives up to its name. On December 19, wreaths will be laid on veteran’s graves across the nation including Arlington National Cemetery and 1200 other cemeteries.
As if 2020 couldn’t get more challenging, I have now run head on into a conundrum on Coleus or to put it more succinctly, a perplexity on pinching. First a little jaunt into my history with coleus.

Runners enjoyed a one mile run at Dripping Springs Ranch Park on Halloween, with a splash of color-literally. “Color stations” were set up across the path to toss paint on participants, making for a fun, messy and colorful event. There were two runs--one for seniors and one for the general public. Proceeds from the color run benefit the senior class of 2021, Project Graduation!
