Tigers head back to regionals

The Dripping Springs cross country teams recently competed in the District 26-6A meet held at the Old Settlers Park in Round Rock. This will also be the site of the state meet in a couple of weeks.

The Lady Tigers varsity earned the right to participate in the regional meet for the umpteenth time. Their 68 points trailed Bowie High School's 62 and tied Lake Travis High School. The boys varsity placed sixth, but Wes Anderson earned a spot at regional as an individual with his sixth place finish. The JV girls won going away with their 20 points, and the JV boys placed sixth. JV competition is now over.
