Middle School Football results

Sycamore Springs have played two opponents in the start of their football season. The two seventh grade teams have won both of their but the eighth grade have not broken into the win column yet. The opponents were Dripping Springs MS and Hudson Bend MS.

8A: In the 38-0 loss to DSMS Mahlon Grove was named the offensive player of the game while his defensive counterpart was Owen Constable. The first TD of the season was made by Luca Piccuci while Grove earned his second player of the game award. Amos Ivey led the defense.

8B: Fell 26-0 with DSMS. David Gonzalez was named offensive player of the game and Colton Conrad on defense. HBMS shut them out 19-0. Jaymion Rhinehart was offensive POG and Justin Meneses was POG on defense.

7A: Defeated DSMS 36-0. Touchdowns were scored by Nick Tyndall 2, Jack Tyndall, Tristian Ciechanowicz and Chris Gustafson. It was a little closer but still a 26-19 win with HBMS. Scoring TD's for SS were by Jack Tyndall 2, Nick Tyndall, Ciechanowicz. Mason Viele had the EP.

7B: Took care of DSMS 28-0. Scoring the TD's were Brighton Peterson, Aiden Burgess and Brock Amrine. Peterson had an interception and Reid Russell recovered a fumble. Burgess and Amrine scored a TD each and Landon Attaway had a pick six interception. Peterson and Boston Malik also snared enemy passes as they stopped HBMS 19-8.
