Lady Tigers tripped up at Westlake

Westlake High School likely spoiled the Lady Tigers volleyball team’s district chances, downing Dripping Springs High School 3-1.

This will probably erase any chances the Lady Tigers had at the district title as they fall two wins behind Lake Travis High School with three games to play. That said, the same scenario took place last year, and Dripping Springs won state.

Earlier in the week, the Lady Tigers took on state private school power Cornerstone Christian Academy and came away with a hard-fought 3-2 win.
