Lady Tigers in tight race

The big three in District 26-6A volleyball are headed for a dead heat in the district race.

The showdown between Lake Travis and Westlake will decide whether Lake Travis will be the outright champion or it will be a tri-championship. It has been a strange order of events as no one has won their home game thus far. This past Tuesday was the final night of play before the playoffs begin. Bi-district play will be against the District 25-6A playoff representatives. Hays Johnson is the fourth place team in District 26-6A. The Lady Tigers dropped their contest to Westlake and then came back strong to take Austin High School and Lake Travis High School. The Lady Tigers have a 3512, 13-2 record to date.
