Golf team wins at Marble Falls

In their last tourney before the spring schedule, the varsity golf team played in the Marble Falls tourney and came home with the hardware. Tanner Wardlaw was also the third medalist. The 36-hole tourney was held on the Lighthouse and Hidden Falls courses.

Team scores: Tanner Wardlaw 73-75=148, Lane Johnson 80-75=155, Coy Needham 73-83=156, Cole Kirbo 75-85=160, Luke Ezell 89-82=171. Team totals: 301-315=616.

The JV boys also got into some action as well. They played in two 18-hole tourneys. The first was at Cedar Creek (Colovista) and the second was Yaupon at Lake Travis.

Colovista: Jacob Gonzalez 87, Carson Schroeder 88, Makai Guzman 89, Jake Broyles 90, Nick Kort 91. Team: 354.
