Cross country in final warmup
Getting a head start on the district meet, the Dripping Springs cross country teams entered the Seguin Invitational. It is here that District 26-5A will hold their meet on October 14. It was a good meet for the final tuneup as all four teams fared very well. The varsity and JV girls won their divisions and the boys varsity and JV were copycats as well but for third place finishes. Three of the boys varsity runners were missing from this meet. In cross country, places are determined by adding the finishes of your top five finishers. The JV girls had a perfect score.
