Homecoming is officially over for Dripping Springs High School, but this year was not without its fanfare.
Dripping Springs High School has announced the 2022 Homecoming Court. Seniors nominated for queen are Jesse Bookbinder, Emory Costello, Presley Dotson, Aibha Jennings, Rylie Jensen and Kate Tressler. King nominees are Ian Jones, Carter Larsen, James Lee and True Noonan Lamb.
Madi Telschow, previously a staff reporter for the Dripping Springs Century News, has been named the paper’s newest editor.
The Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District hosted a town hall meeting last week to discuss impacts of and responses to the ongoing Hill Country drought. But despite addressing a number of concerns, there was little resolution.
