VFW Relief Fund Donation

The Dripping Springs Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) Post will receive a $1,000 donation from the First Christian Church of Johnson City Mission Council. The funds will be placed in the VFW Relief Fund and may be used to help veterans in need in the Dripping Springs and Blanco County areas. The donation was made possible through the efforts of VFW member Al Poteet.

“If any of our post members know of a veteran or a family member of a veteran who needs assistance, please let us know,” VFW Post Quartermaster Gary Hale said. “We will try to use these funds in the manner intended to help our local veterans.”
