PEC Board of Directors elected officers last week

At its regular meeting on Aug. 20, held this month at the Marble Falls District Office, Pedernales Electric Cooperative’s Board of Directors elected officers for a one-year term. Paul Graf, District 6 Director, was elected to serve as board president while Jim Powers, District 4 Director, was chosen as vice president. The board also elected past president and District 2 Director Emily Pataki as its secretary and treasurer.
