Patten Title opens new location in Dripping Springs

Patten Title Company, a Texas-based title services and closing company, opened in Dripping Springs with a ribbon cutting ceremony last week, sponsored by the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Patten Title’s new office marks the 11th location for the company in Texas and the 4th office in Central Texas. Its 12th location is due to open soon in the South Austin region. The two newest locations will both be led by Brandi Wheeler, area vice president and senior escrow officer.

Patten Title offers convenience and class at its Dripping Springs office, located in The Shops at The Springs Plaza. The branch has a number of offerings, including standard title services and “V.I.I.P. Service,” very intensive individualized professional service.
