HEB to increase operating hours

Most Pharmacies will continue to operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and their normal week-end hours.

H-E-B is expanding its temporary operating hours beginning on Monday.

H-E-B stores will now open at 7 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. until further notice. Most H-E-B Pharmacies will continue to operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and their normal week- end hours.

In its weekend press release, H-E-B said:

“With an improving supply chain and stronger product availability, H-E-B has the capacity to serve more customers throughout the day while providing the products they want. Along with its new hours, it continues to ease product limits on many items and customers will start to notice many popular departments reopen, such as its bakery, deli and floral departments.

H-E-B’s top priority remains protecting the health and safety of its employees and customers. Even with its extended hours, its stores remain diligent in following H-E-B’s strict hygiene and sanitation measures as well as proper social distancing protocols.

As H-E-B continues to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is following guidance and advice from medical professionals and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to make the best decisions regarding the health and safety of its employees, customers and the communities it serves.”
