Friendship Creekside Fellowship honors first responders

As part of their ongoing commitment to support the surrounding community, Friendship Creekside Fellowship held a Family Night of Worship to celebrate local first responders. The event included fellowship, live music, worship and a BBQ dinner. C03 Cattle donated some of the meats and WETSU, a locally owned and popular BBQ Team manned the grill.

“Tonight [Friday] is about bringing people together to say “Thank You” to our first responders and unite in prayer for one another, our neighbors, city, and nation,” Pastor Corby Richardson said. “We all acknowledge that today we are living in unusual and changing circumstances with a high level of stress; tonight we set that all aside to be ONE community with our local first responders.”

This event was hosted by the MENistries team at Friendship Creekside. MENistries is an action oriented Men’s Ministry made up of a diverse, vibrant and motivated group. Their mission is “to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ and to show His unending merciful love to the many members of the community that are in need.”
