DS Chamber Ribbon Cutting: Turcotte Butchers and Delicatessen

As most of you may know by now, we are Erik and Christin Turcotte, owners of Turcotte Butchers & Delicatessen. We are from the greater Boston area and have lived in this lovely community for four years. We have always had a dream of opening a restaurant, and quickly discovered since living in Texas that the Butcher and Deli shops that we were so accustomed to back home are scarce or nonexistent here. We took this realization and birthed what became our ultimate dream.

Our location was not at random. We came to Dripping Springs and immediately knew that this was the spot for us. We wanted to be involved with our community and do great things here.

Our shop is a store-front Butcher shop, Delicatessen, and restaurant that has many unique things to offer. We make in-house roast beef that sells out every day, as well as other signature sandwiches that are true to our roots. We source all our prime butchered meats from local Texas farmers. We pride ourselves in offering our guests the highest quality foods that there is to offer. Our space offers a dine-in, dine-out option, and we also do catering. We are not just a butcher shop. We see ourselves taking care of weddings, events, etc. We are also happy to take custom meat orders for anything you may need that you do not see in our cases. Our vision is endless, and we want to have everything that the community is looking for.

Ultimately, we are just two ordinary people that had a dream and saw it through. Erik has been in the industry for over 20 years, and Christin for over 15. We are blessed to be a part of this community, serving this area, and will only continue to grow and prosper our vision. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to many years to come here, Dripping Springs!
