Dripping Springs gears up for wedding showcase

Planning a wedding in central Texas? Dripping Springs is the place to be on Sunday, July 25 for The Wedding Capital of Texas Showcase. In 2015, Dripping Springs, TX earned the official title of the Wedding Capital of Texas ® and has since lived up to that name. Our countryside is chock full of natural splendor, enchanting groves of trees, and rippling creeks, offering the perfect backdrop to say, “I Do”. Within the Wedding Capital of Texas, there is a robust community of expert wedding professionals devoted to helping couples plan their big day in Dripping Springs.

Endless variety awaits even the most discerning couple, and with venues and vendors of all sizes and styles offering so many choices, choosing the best fit can be overwhelming.

To assist with the wedding search and planning process, Destination Dripping Springs is hosting The Wedding Capital of Texas Showcase (10- a.m. – 2 p.m.) & Tour Day (12 p.m. – 4 p.m.) on Sunday, July 25, at the gorgeous new Distillers Hall at Dripping Springs Distilling on Bell Springs Road. The boutique wedding and bridal event is free to attend and will showcase the very best Dripping Springs wedding experts in the area.

The Wedding Capital of Texas Showcase has two components. First, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., couples and their wedding parties will have the chance to visit each of the over 25 vendors for a one-on-one connection. The second element will feature open tours all around the Dripping Springs area from noon-4 p.m. Guests will have opportunities to visit locations, like venues and lodging properties, with no appointments needed.

The Wedding Capital of Texas Showcase is a different twist on a traditional bridal extravaganza. Plus, it is the best place to meet the wedding experts of Dripping Springs and Driftwood face-to-face and all in one location and discover why Dripping Springs is the Wedding Capital of Texas.
