Dripping Springs DECA qualifies 33 for state contest

Dripping Springs High School qualified 33 DECA students for the State Career Development Conference after students competed at the District 5 contest on Tuesday, Jan. 9 at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock.

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. The state DECA competition will be held Feb. 1517 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston.
