Dripping Springs Brewers Festival returns for second year

With 12 craft breweries in the area, it is only fitting that Dripping Springs is now the home to the areas first Brewers Festival — to be held this year on Saturday, March 25.

A unique experience in the Hill Country, this festival features over a dozen award-winning, local artisans. New in 2022, this year’s festival will offer the opportunity to select tastings from 15 brewers with 36+ options. Additional highlights include live music, a variety of local foods and a keepsake beer mug.

As in the first year, the 2023 festival will require an advance purchase of a wristband with two tasting options available.

VIP tickets are valid from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with unlimited tastings.

General admission tickets are valid from 1 to 5 p.m. with eight tastings.

This year’s Brewers Festival features 12 Fox Beer Company, Acopon Brewing, Beerburg Brewing, Bell Springs Brewing, Family Business Beer Company, Fitzhugh Brewing, Ghost Note Brewing, Jester King Brewery, Suds Monkey Brewery, Twisted X Brewing and Vista Brewing as well invited brewers from Wimberley, Johnson City, Blanco and Marble Falls.

“Destination Dripping Springs wants to highlight the importance of our brewers and their contributions to Texas breweries,” said Pam Owens, president and CEO of Destination Dripping Springs. “They are a vital part of our local economy and make a significant impact on the growing tourism industry.

The event will be held held rain or shine on Old Fitzhugh Road in downtown Dripping Springs with free parking, all within walking distance.

The Brewers Festival is a managed by the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The mission of the Dripping Springs Visitors Bureau is to promote tourism and serve as ambassadors to connect visitors-guests and the community. The visitors bureau is marketed under Destination Dripping Springs.
