Chamber of Commerce holds ribbon cutting for Get Along Grill

As Dripping Springs’ population grows, so does its dining scene. Get Along Grill, one of the area’s newest restaurants, held its ribbon cutting ceremony May 4 with the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Classic Americana with a Texas hill country flare is how owner Andrew Locke describes his restaurant. You can’t have a Texas flare without a great barbecue sauce and Get Along Grill is proud to feature an inhouse specialty sauce that is used in many of their most popular dishes, (all scratch made by the way) like tossed Brussel sprouts, smoked ribs, eggs benedict with smoked brisket, and more.

The concept of Get Along Grill is a simple idea of providing an inclusive atmosphere and menu where friends and family can meet, dine and enjoy cocktails while listening to music in a welcoming environment.

“In a lot of ways the restaurant is an homage to American exceptionalism in all of its forms, whether it be art or music or diversity,” Locke said. “I love America, and I wanted my restaurant to reflect that.”

Get Along Grill is located at 333 E. Hwy 290, suite 437. Their hours are 11a.m. to 10p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Visit, getalonggrill. com to learn more.
