Bluebonnets provide Candle Light Dinner for residents

The Bluebonnet Auxiliary at Hill Country Care sponsored a Candle Light Dinner for residents at Hill Country Care last week.
The three-course meal included Champagne, shrimp cocktails, salmon & asparagus, as well as a coffee and cheesecake dessert; and was prepared by food and beverage manager Chris Sen and his staff. Music for the meal was provided by volunteer piano player Phil Aarstad.
The Bluebonnet Auxiliary was the original builders and management of Hill Country Care 33 years ago. Today, the Bluebonnets serve as a nonprofit dedicated to “doing nice things for the residents” of Hill Country Care.
