New venue Allegro celebrates ribbon cutting, grand opening

The Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribboncutting ceremony for Allegro Wedding and Events to celebrate their official grand opening after extensive renovations.

Friends, family, and neighbors came together to support Allegro in their official opening on Thursday, Nov. 11, getting their first chance to tour the property. Local vendors contributed a taste of what Allegro has to offer, including Whim Hospitality, Graham and Graze, Cross T Ranch, Kombi Keg, Boozy Bakes, The League, Floral Renaissance, True Lonestar DJ, Family Business, Twisted Brewery and Altstadt Brewery.

“I could not be more excited to open Allegro with a transformational make-over for our wedding and corporate guests,” says owner Joseph Driscoll. “We’ve set out to redefine what it means to have a wedding in the Texas Hill Country. We have aimed to capture the essence of the Dripping Springs Capital experience, without compromising on our vision of cool sophistication.”

Named after the musical term for ‘happy’ and ‘joyful,’ Allegro said it seeks to inspire these same feelings in its guests. With five-mile hill country views from its rolling campus, every aspect of Allegro has been designed so that guests might create special memories with family, friends, and colleagues.
