Golf for Good

The Heart of Texas Pregnancy Resource Center is holding its third annual Golf Tournament fundraiser on Oct. 4.

The event will be held at Vaaler Creek Golf Club in Blanco, voted the #1 golf course in the Texas Hill Country by GolfNow. Sign-in begins at noon, and the tournament begins at 1 p.m. The event will be followed by a dinner and prize opportunities.

Tournament participants will be awarded for first place, second place, third place, longest ball and closest to the pin. Prize opportunities include a raffle, with tickets $5 each or $20 for five, and “Gamble for Jesus,” a call-your-score competition between teams with a $40 (cash-only) entry fee.

The pregnancy resource center provides free resources to women at its two locations in east Austin and Dripping Springs.
