Corridor Title announces key milestones as it celebrates its 10th anniversary

“My colleagues and I are extremely excited to celebrate our first ten years in business, and to continue laying the groundwork for decades more service to Dripping Springs and the Central Texas Region,” said Corridor Title’s Founder and President, Patrick Rose. “Over the years we have grown the right way — by prioritizing our valued clients, investing in our valued colleagues, and entering each market we serve with a long-term view.”

Founded in Dripping Springs in October 2010 with 4 employees, Corridor Title now maintains offices in Austin, Dripping Springs, San Marcos and New Braunfels, and their 53-person team is highly regarded as leaders in the title industry across both commercial and residential market segments. As a testament to its long-term view, and concurrent with its anniversary on October 26, Corridor Title will announce several key milestones — a new logo, a redesigned website, and the groundbreaking of 1608 W. 5th Street, which will be the location for its Austin Flagship Office, with an opening planned for January 2022.

Kim Fernea, SVP of Development & Operations, added the following: “Embedded in our values-based team culture is the collective responsibility to deliver professionalism and add value throughout the arch of our clients’ involvement in our community. We feel a deep commitment to view our firm’s accomplishments through the lens of the positive impact and success we facilitate on behalf of our clients, colleagues and community. And we are so proud that our journey began in Dripping Springs.”

Locally owned and headquartered, Corridor Title is the second largest locally owned independent title agent serving the Central Texas region. Corridor Title is deeply invested in its local markets, industry and communities because of its long-term view, and looks forward to celebrating anniversaries for decades to come.
