DSCL Fine Forgiveness
All fines will be forgiven at the Dripping Springs Community library Monday, May 10 to Saturday, May 22. Book replacement totals, which will include the $5.00 processing fee, will be cut in half. Please call 512.858.7825 first to inquire about your account.

PAWS Shelter Virtual 35th anniversary
PAWS will celebrate a Virtual 35th Anniversary on May 16 at 7 p.m. A silent auction will run from May 16 to June 5, with gift cards from local businesses, boozy gift baskets and travel packages. For more information, visit www.pawsshelter.org.

Meet Superintendent Dr. Holly Morris-Kuentz
On Tuesday, May 18, from 5-7p.m., a Community Meet and Greet with the new Dripping Springs ISD superintendent will be held in the Board Room at the DSISD Administration Building (510 W. Mercer St.). This opportunity to visit with Dr. Morris-Kuentz will be a come-and-go reception, any time during the two-hour window.

Big Used Book and Bake Sale
The Friends of the Dripping Springs Library will host its annual used book sale on the porch at Sententia Vera Cultural Hub on May 22 from 9am to 2pm. Prices range from 50 cents for children’s books to $1-$4 for others. Baked goods will also be on sale. For more information, visit www.fodscl.org.

Hill Country 5k/10k Trail Run
Hosted by RED Arena. Friday May 21 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. is packet pick up with free tastings from Dripping Springs Distilling, live music and a silent auction and shopping.
