Denim & Diamond Gala heavily attended

The Dripping Springs Education Foundation held its annual fundraiser “Denim & Diamonds Gala” last Friday at Dripping Springs Ranch Park. Asleep at the Wheel was the featured entertainer. DSEF supports DSISD through various means, including the funding of “Innovative Teaching and Student Leadership grants.” 

"The Denim & Diamonds Gala was huge success for the teachers and students of DSISD,” DSEF Executive Director Lou Mandy Bruggman said. “More than 700 attendees showed their commitment to empowered education in Dripping Springs through their attendance, donations, and enthusiasm. We couldn’t be more excited about the increased revenue and how it will impact our ability to fund Innovative Teaching and Student Leadership Grants at every DSISD campus."
