Mountain Bike Club races in freezing weather

As promised, the results of the other two meets attended by the Dripping Springs Mountain Bike Club will be reported. The second meet was called the Abiline Bent Wheel Bash. Adding to the obstacles to overcome was the fact it was below freezing and the contestants had to really bundle up to try and stay warm. The third meet of the year was the Cameron Park Blowout held in Waco.

Tiger student athletes sign national letters of Intent

At a ceremony held May 1, seven Dripping Springs High School seniors announced their commitments to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. Combined with 18 DSHS seniors who announced their college commitments earlier this year, this brings the number of Tiger student-athletes continuing their playing careers at the collegiate level to 26.
