Tuesday Softball: Unwanted defeats Sunset Canyon

League standings: DS Electric Shockers 14-0; Misfits 11-4; Sunset Canyon Baptist 8-7; DS Rentals Conglomerates 8-7; UnWanted 8-8; Baptist Bombers 5-10; Chronic Offenders 4-12; Hill Country Bible Church 2-12.

Game scores: It was a matter of who had the last at bat and that was the way it worked as UnWanted scored the needed runs in the final at bat to defeat Sunset Canyon Baptist 22-21. Five runs in the first proved to be the difference as the Conglomerates downed Baptist Bombers 10-5. The Baptist lived up to their name when they struck for 13 in their final at bat to push out to a 20-3 win over Hill Country Bible. Hill Country Bible took the brunt of another big inning as 11 runs by Chronic Offenders in their final at bat blew open a close game to make it 17-6. Chronic Offenders picked up their second win of the night with a 12-7 victory over Sunset Canyon Baptist. UnWanted continued their hitting ways on this night and held off a late rally to defeat the Conglomerates 10-8.
