Middle School volleyball open season against each other

Each of the two Dripping Springs MS teams got their seasons off to a start with matches against each other. The two eighth grade teams split while the seventh grade matches were won by Dripping Springs. 8A: Dripping Springs came away with a 25-19, 25-23 victory over Sycamore Springs. Avrey Keim and Presley Alford were cited for their overall play that included great kills and digs for the Sycamore Springs team. 8B: Sycamore Springs took the win with scores of 28-26, 25-18. Emmerson Martinez and Sam Salas were named as players of the game for Sycamore Springs.

7A: Dripping Springs were victors with a 25-14, 25-13 advantage over Sycamore Springs. 7B: Dripping Springs eased past 25-23, 25-21.
