Lady Tiger volleyball ready to defend title

The Dripping Springs High School Lady Tigers volleyball team has completed their regular season. Now, it is on to the big prize.

Dripping Springs ended up second in district with a 13-3 record. For the season, it was 44-5. The Lady Tigers found themselves in a similar place last year, and they went on to become state champions. No doubt, they would settle for that this year as well.

The Lady Tigers played Vista Ridge High School on Tuesday, Oct. 24 in the bi-district round. In the final district game, Dripping Springs took down Austin’s Bowie High School 3-1.
