Lady Tiger Softball take wins over Crockett and Lanier

The saga of District 25-5A softball continues unabated as the Lady Tigers took a pair of 18-0, three-inning wins over Crockett and Lanier. The Lady Tigers only have to endure another couple of weeks of district play before getting to play the meaningful games in the playoffs. They have scheduled to play at Belton this Saturday to get playoff sharp.

Against Crockett Dripping Springs was able to stroke 16 hits to get their runs in the first two innings. Did not need hits with Lanier as Viking pitchers walked 13 batters and hit 8 more batters. The big blow being a grandslam homerun by Camille Corona.
