DSMS girl basketball competed in Lady Rattler Classic

Almost unbelievably, the basketball season for the DSMS girls has just about run its course. They have one game and the district tourney remaining before all the spring sports begin. Most recently, all four of the DSMS girls teams competed in the San Marcos Lady Rattler Classic with good success. Both eighth teams placed third while 7A was second and 7B took the title. Unfortunately, the two B-team scorebooks were not available for scores and individual stats.

8A defeated McCormick 28-8, lost to Boerne South 26-20 and came back to defeat Miller 28-8. 7A defeated McCormick 34-5, defeated Boerne South 32-10 but lost to Goodnight 23-18.
