DS middle school basketball opened season opener

Both of the DS middle schools opened their seasons against each other. It ended up being a 50-50 split in the eight games played. Sycamore Springs boys won both eighth grade games and lost the two seventh grade games. The girls games were just the opposite with Dripping Springs winning the eighth grade games and losing the seventh games.

7A: SS won 22-19: SS scoring: Presley Alford 7, Cameron Hall 5, Kaleigh Howell 4, Kaitlyn Milner 2, Avery Kiem 2, Carson Thiebaud 2.DS comments: Isabella Villanueva and Kylee Landes players of the game.

7B: SS won 24-19: SS scoring: Haley Hallberg 10, Ariana Cisneros 4, Morgan Warren 4, Nancy DeVane 2, Jaiden Stankard 2, Giselle Mikos 2. DS comments: Jocelyn Freemyer and Avery Friesenhahn players of the game.
