Dripping Springs Team Tennis Results

Dripping Springs has maintained a strong tennis team for years now and this year looks to be another good one ahead for team tennis. Team tennis requires good depth to compete against the best and gives more players a chance to actually play in the matches. There are 19 possible matches in a contest but the first team to reach 10 is the winner. The exception is in some non-district matches, everyone gets to play their match for experience. After being in a weak district for the past two years, the Tigers will find themselves with some tough opponents. The primary two are Alamo Heights and Boerne Champion who have been the major roadblock over the years to the state tourney. They played Wimberley (12-7) and Westlake (3-16) in non-district matches before opening district play with San Antonio Veterans Memorial (10-0).
