9th / JV Lady Tigers Basketball results

It is so hard for sub-varsity teams, especially the girls, to get meaningful experience in district play due to the weak programs that are encountered. Basketball is one of this. Many of the schools do not have either a freshman or JV team and those that do have just enough to field a team. It’s hard to believe some schools cannot get people to play, despite the size of their schools. Competition, unfortunately, is at the level of MS teams. The Lady Tigers found this out again in their past three games. The JV defeated McCallum 52-10 and Reagan 60-10 while Travis did not have a JV team. The freshmen did not get to have games with McCallum and Reagan but defeated Travis 54-7.
