DSHS ORIENTATION
Dripping Springs High School held its freshman orientation, called R.O.A.R. (Responsibility, Opportunity, Achievement, Resiliency), for both students and parents on Tuesday August 14.
To accommodate as many parent schedules as possible, the event was broken into two sessions, the first from 3 p.m. and a second at 5 p.m.
At R.O.A.R., freshmen attended various sessions created to help them navigate their transition to high school. They also received a campus tour, were introduced to their counselors and administrative team. Parents were likewise, given tours and an overview of DSHS.
