SAR inducts Dallas Albert Johnson

Ledgestone resident Dallas Albert Johnson, age 102, was inducted into the Patrick Henry Chapter of the Texas Sons of the American Revolution, last week, by chapter ex-president James Clements in a ceremony attended by friends and family.

When asked if he would like for transportation arrangements to be made so that he could attend SAR meetings going forward, Johnson quipped, “I don’t know, is the food any good at your meetings?”

The mood was jocular as Dallas gave a brief talk about his life, and spoke about being federal agent (FBI) during World War II.
