Hometown Missions is in desperate need for volunteers tomorrow Wednesday June 12, at 9 a.m., at The Springs Apartments, 289 Springs Lane, which were damaged in the recent floods.

“We now have 5 families who need help moving items to storage tomorrow… We have a couple of volunteers, but nowhere near enough folks,” Hometown Missions said in its emergency call for help. “If you can spare a few hours, please contact Robin Robinson on her cell (512) 954-8074 or email [email protected]. We’ll be meeting outside The Springs Apartment office tomorrow at 9 a.m. Advance notice of who is coming helps us plan. If you have a truck and/or trailer, please bring it…Thanks for raising your hand! Our neighbors are going through a difficult time and have expressed their heartfelt gratitude for all the help.”
