National news anchor to address DS Women’s Club

A former national news anchor will speak at the Dripping Springs Women’s Club annual membership renewal meeting luncheon, on Wednesday September 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at The Terrace Club, 2600 E Highway 290.
Jenna Lee, former Fox News anchor, has relocated to Central Texas and founded SmartHER News, a nonpartisan media platform inspired by the American woman. She will describe her experiences reporting on the biggest domestic and international stories of the last decade.
As co-anchor of a daily two-hour news program, she conducted live interviews with guests that included presidential candidates, lawmakers, cabinet members, and business leaders. She is a graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
The Dripping Springs Women’s Club is open to all women who live or work in the Dripping Springs area. The club provides a means for interaction, information and community involvement through a variety of programs and activities.
