HTeaO opens at Ledgestone, hosts ribbon cutting

HTeaO Austin Ledgestone officially opened late last month, celebrating almost a week later with a ribbon cutting, sponsored by the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.

The grand opening of the Amarillo-based tea franchise took place on May 26 at the chain’s newest location, located at 12680 US Highway 290 W., Ste. 500. The ribbon cutting was held on May 31 and attended by ownership, staff and local members of the Chamber of Commerce.

HTeaO serves 25 flavors of iced teas that can be combined, including a mix of the month. There is also a wide variety of fresh fruit to choose from and include in the beverages. HTeaO will also offer coffee, including chai tea lattes and iced horchatas, starting at the end of June. The store includes snacks, home brew tea bags, ground coffee and whole bean coffee, as well as Yeti and Pelican products.

The Dripping Springs location is owned by Michael and Christie Sanders, who have lived in Dripping Springs close to 20 years. Christie will serve as the store’s general manager.

The tea is purified with a reverse osmosis process. It is high quality tea at an affordable price. The interior is self-serve, and there is a double drive-thru for quick convenience. HTeaO is open seven days a week until 9:05 p.m. in the summer and 8:05 p.m. in the winter months. They open at 7 a.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m. on Saturdays and 11 a.m. on Sundays.
