Cutler awarded medal by Sons of American Revolution

Hays County Sheriff Gary Cutler was awarded the Sons of the American Revolution Law Enforcement Medal for his 47 years of Law Enforcement, by the Patrick Henry Chapter of the Texas Sons of the American Revolution, last week.

“I want to thank them for their kind recognition. It means a lot to me to be recognized by such an outstanding organization,” Sheriff Cutler said. Cutler also commented that such career recognition moments made him “go back in time” and remember when he first started in law enforcement in 1972.

“Sheriff Cutler has done outstanding service in law enforcement for the citizens of Hays County. We want to thank him for that service,” past SAR President James Clements said as he presented the medal.
