Smart does not even begin to describe this little fella. Raymond has taken advantage of a handicap and turned it into something positive. He is deaf and that makes him seem to think that he can get away with all sorts of shenanigans. This means that treats can be stolen, or socks can be misplaced, only to be found nice and wet. He is a very sweet boy who absolutely loves to get snuggled up and petted for long periods at a time.
