The Dripping Springs Lacrosse team faced a tough challenge on Sunday as The Woodlands lacrosse team came to town. Drip got things started early, jumping out to a 2-0 lead behind goals from Jack Tanner and Brendan Linan. The Highlanders would tie things up and the teams would match goals for the balance of the 1st quarter. The season sputtered in its start because of the weather but the opening district game with Hays Johnson was an epic battle that should have pleased all staunch baseball fans.
