DSHS senior named to TMEA All-State Choir

Dripping Springs High School senior Preston LeBas has been named to the 2026 Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) All-State Large School Mixed Choir following his performance at the Area E auditions on Saturday, Jan. 10, at Reagan High School in San Antonio.

LeBas placed first among Tenor 1 competitors, earning All-State honors for the first time in his third area audition. He was one of just 28 Tenor 1 performers statewide to earn the distinction.

He will perform with the All-State Mixed Choir at the TMEA Convention concert on Saturday, Feb. 14, in San Antonio.
