Old Settler’s Music Festival has announced that it’s going back to its roots and returning to Camp Ben McCulloch in Driftwood for 2026.
The 39th annual festival is set for April 17-19, and features a weekend of live Americana, roots, and bluegrass music, late-night jams, family fun, and Texas spirit.
Ranked in the top five of USA Today’s list of North America’s 10 best festivals, Old Settler’s boasts a rich history dating back to 1987, evolving from a one-day bluegrass festival into a nationally renowned multi-day event. The unique atmosphere features a laid-back, community-oriented vibe that keeps music lovers returning year after year.

The festival is a welcoming, multigenerational family weekend of live music and camping. It includes RV-friendly and tent-friendly camping beneath the Hill Country’s iconic oak trees, and features clean facilities, shaded areas, and easy access to Onion Creek.
