Lily Aleshire (#20) goes for the layup Dec. 9 against Bastrop.

The Dripping Springs Lady Tigers extended their win streak to eleven and it was their first win in district as well. Both of their wins were over a couple of weak opponents but nevertheless you still have to perform and the score should reflect the difference in talent. The Lady Tigers jumped all over the Bastrop Bears, leading 50-16 at half and went on to an 83-20 win. The first district game was with Austin Akins. The Lady Tigers harassed the Eagles from the onset bolting out to a 25-0 lead as the final was 82-11. As one would expect substitutions were liberal. Season record is 13-3.

Vs Bastrop: Chaela Luelling 16, Lily Aleshire 16, Ella Beatty 13, Bryn Kettler 7, Avery Taylor 6, Avery Ames 6, Bailey Rogers 6, Chloe Lightfoot 4, Camille Brown 4, Caitlin Lightfoot 3, Sloan Geck 2. Reb: Aleshire 9, Rogers 7, Taylor 5; Asst: Luelling 8, Beatty 4; Stls: Ames 6.

Vs Akins: Beatty 15, Aleshire 14, Rogers 12, Luelling 12, Ames 8, Kettler 6, Brown 4, Geck 4, Taylor 3, Ch. Lightfoot 2, Harper Teague 2.
