Oops! Thanks to a reader that realized I had published last year’s district results. Just a trick of mine to see if we have anyone reading our paper. Ha! Ha! We will try again and get it right. The District meet was held at the Walter E. Long Park course on October 8th. The places remained about the same. The two varsities placed fourth as did the JV boys, while the JV girls were second. Runners in the top ten gained spots at the regional.
Boys varsity standings: Lake Travis 36, Bowie 40, Westlake 71, DS 108, Austin High 120, Del Valle 182, Akins 186.
