TipToe Nail & Spa, owned by Jenna Nguyen and Jack Phan, recently celebrated its grand opening in Dripping Springs. The ribboncutting ceremony marks the beginning of that journey to bring a touch of beauty, relaxation, and self-care to every client who walks through the doors.
