Acopon Brewing celebrates 8th anniversary

On Saturday, July 19, Acopon Brewing hosted a party to celebrate its 8th anniversary. Live music was provided by Janky on the patio, and there was a steady crowd both inside and out.

White Hart on Mercer, the onsite foodtruck, was serving up a special lamb smashburger to pair with Acopon’s Griffon best bitter, their 8th anniversary ale. “We had lots of regulars and some new people show up,” bartender Tanya Waller said. “During the music, there was standing room only outside, on the sidewalk, inside, everywhere. We had a couple of new beer releases and everybody seemed to really like those. Overall it was a great day.”
