Chamber seeks donations for new resident swag bags

The Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce is looking for promotional items for its new resident swag bags. Traditionally called welcome bags, these swag bags will be offered throughout the year to new residents and new employees to the Dripping Springs area.

This opportunity is open to Chamber members in good standing, with the following guidelines: Basic Tier members will be invoiced a $25 fee. For members in the Advantage, Principal, Founder’s and President’s tiers, participation is already included.

Items must be something of value. Examples include promotional items like key chains or pens, vouchers for free services or items, or coupons for a significant discount of services.

Member businesses can provide one item (or two items if bundled) per bag. The maximum accepted donation is 250 total items.

No perishables or consumables.

Flat or thin items are preferred (i.e. - no cups).

No expiration dates prior to 9/1/26 for promotions.

Drop-offs will be accepted from July 21 to July 25 and July 28 August 1 at the Chamber’s office, 400 W Hwy 290, Ste B-205. No early drop offs allowed.

Swag bags will be distributed starting in late summer or early fall to places such as neighborhood welcome centers, title companies, real estate offices, the Visitors Center and the Chamber office.

Questions on the swag bags can be sent to info@dstxchamber. com.
